After School Activities

Tonight Damon's school had a little Halloween party for all of the kids. The way the kids were acting you would have thought they didn't just spend the entire day together because they were so happy to see each other in a different light. Below is another Damon admirer...Emily just loves him and I think Damon really likes her as well.

Damon got to make "Spooky Hands" using plastic gloves, candy corns and popcorn. It was actually a very neat craft and very yummy...shhh.
Damon got his face painted by one of the teachers there and of course he went for some kind of sports. I thought he was going to pick a football but this time he picked the baseball.

They played this cute game with doughnuts where it hangs from the ceiling and without using your hands you have to eat the doughnut. It is actually a lot more difficult than it looks as it swings around and hits you on your face.

You can see the doughnut powder all over Damon's face as he stops to get a little taste off of his own lips.

He also got to make his own cookie (below) which he is eating very neatly (above) as he does not like to get messy. I wonder where he got that from? And yes, I had to take a bite as well...you know to make sure it was fresh.

After I realized they did not have any food of nutritional value we decided to go to Jason's Deli where we sat and had dinner. As we were eating Damon announced he had to go to the bathroom and bolts towards the restroom as I was trying to get my purse to go with him. Next thing I know he went running into the Men's bathroom and I was unable to catch him in time. So I had to open the door and yell for him and as I did that I saw him standing there using the urinal, luckily no one else was in there...so I told him to come out as soon as he was finished. Which he did with a big smile on his face and said "I just used the boys bathroom by myself, without you." I said "that's great honey but now we need to go to this bathroom (pointing to the women's) so we can wash your hands." He said "No way that's the girls bathroom!" After some convincing we went to the "girls" bathroom to wash his hands. I think we're at that stage now...any suggestions?
