Damon and I got there early enough to get a great parking spot and he headed straight for the human sized dogs. He gave a hug and got a piece of candy.
Next stop...the bouncy house/slide.

We got to pet the different animals they had there (Lamas, goats, pigs, and something with a horns).
We then headed to the swing ride. The line was long but went relatively fast considering they didn't give a very long ride. While Damon was on the ride my parents arrived and surprised him as he got off.
It was kind of funny because Damon's swing was the only one going seated backwards as every other swing was facing the outside towards the crowd...poor thing.
Next he wanted to do the big slide but standing in another long line was not interesting enough for Damon so I saved his spot while he did a few laps around the baseball field.
It was time for him to go down the slide and do it by himself. It was pretty high up and I was actually surprised he did it by himself but he was all for it.
We took a break while he played on the playground and then he ate a Popsicle that grandpa bought for him.
It was time to head down for the Easter Egg Hunt but before that we had to decorate our cookies. I didn't actually decorate mine as much as I just ate it plain.
They broke up the Easter Egg Hunt into ages so Damon was with the 4-6 year olds. While we were waiting for them to blow the starting whistle we ran into an old friend of Damon's from his previous school. Her name is Raven...in fact...I think she was mentioned in earlier blogs. They were so excited to see each other! He has been asking me at least once a week about his old friends at school and Raven is one specific person he asks about. Raven's mom said the same thing saying that Raven always asks about Damon. We of course swapped numbers and will plan a play date this coming week.
It was time to get the eggs and Damon was a little nervous with the amounts of kids that were there. He really didn't want to do it at first but grandma took him and then he got into it.
He came back with several eggs and we opened them to see what was inside...melted candy. :)
After a few hours in the sun and heat, we need some hydration and nourishment so we went out to eat with my parents. He fell asleep on the ride home...
